Employment and Salary Dispute at Abr Enterprises Pvt Ltd
I was working at Abr Enterprises Pvt Ltd in Chennai with a total staff of three persons: the Director, myself as Sales Manager, and one Sales Executive from June 6, 2015, to November 30, 2015. Our salaries were paid via RTGS to our accounts. As our Director was in Malaysia, he would transfer the salary to the Indian joint accounts director, who would then RTGS the money to us.
In October, our Director returned to India, Chennai, and consequently, we did not receive our salaries for September and October. After informing and pressuring our Chennai Joint Accounts Director, he mentioned that the payment would be released from the Dubai office. We continued working until November 30 when our Accounts Director instructed us to seek other employment and resign on the same day. He assured us that our three months' salary would be released on December 2 or 3, 2015.
Following our resignation, we stopped going to the office. Despite being told daily that they were busy and the Dubai Head Office accounts personnel were occupied, we have yet to receive our salaries. We are unsure of what steps to take next, as we are unable to support our families without our wages.
We possess our appointment letters, daily reports sent to the Director for all months, resignation letters, and salary follow-up emails and messages from October onwards.
Kindly advise on the appropriate course of action.
With regards,
A. Sankar
