Project Report Guidance for PGDHRM
I need to complete a project report for PGDHRM. My project will be conducted at my current workplace, a construction firm (Proprietary). Please help me decide which topic is more suitable: 1) Performance Management System OR 2) Performance Appraisal System. Alternatively, could I cover both topics, and how should I approach this?
In a construction firm, there are different levels, such as project site staff (senior & junior levels) whose work is performance-based, and office staff whose work is not performance-based. Currently, there is no performance appraisal system in place here. My management expects me to develop a project report based on performance appraisal linked to KRAs for achieving organizational goals. Please provide your guidelines to help me start this project.

I would suggest you take on the Performance Management System project, which includes the Performance Appraisal System. PMS encompasses various processes such as the Appraisal System, SWOT Analysis, ABC System (a grading system involving both employees and employers), and more.
