EPFO Allows PF Withdrawal Claims Without Employers' Attestation
The facility will be available to all those subscribers whose UAN is activated and seeded with KYC details like bank account and Aadhaar number. This is a step closer to the online settlement of PF withdrawal claims, allowing subscribers to file their applications directly to the body without employers' attestation. Subscribers filing their claims directly without employers' attestation would have to use new forms 19 UAN, 10-C UAN, and 31 UAN, submitting them manually to the respective provident fund commissioners.
