I just switched organizations. I worked for the previous organization for more than 2 years. Due to some problems between me and my ex-employer, they refused to sign my Provident Fund-related documents. My previous organization has its own group of trustees located in Mumbai.
Submitting Provident Fund Documents Without Employer's Signature
Is it possible for me to submit those documents, i.e., Form No. 19 and 10C, directly to the trustees' office without the employer's signature? What is the procedure for that? Please help me out if the ex-employer declined to sign the Provident Fund documents.

You can submit the withdrawal forms and attach a letter stating that your ex-employer isn't signing it. Ask them to get it signed by your employer and state the reasons for the employer not signing it.

As you have worked with an exempted organization, your PF will be processed through the trustee approved by the central government, and EPS will be processed through the RPFC office. The PF and EPS numbers can be found on your salary slip, and you can contact the respective officer at the PF office for EPS. You may also have the forms signed by approved institutes or banks if the employer does not sign them.
For Form 19, you may submit a trust stating the reason for not signing the forms by the employee (as mentioned by Nishit).
