The profile of your employer, as presented in your post, also seems to be inimical to unionization. As such, his acts of retaliation, if any, may jeopardize all your employment. Instead of forming a new union for yourselves, you can consider joining a powerful general workers' union affiliated with an All-India Federation operating in your area. These seasoned union leaders are well-informed in industrial relations and can approach your management with maturity to solve your problems amicably.
