Please advise me; I want to resume my job after a long time, about 3 years. Basically, after my maternity leave, I did not start working. My background is in HR & Office Administration.
But now, I want to move into core HR roles, such as recruitment and backend work in the HR department. Will that work for me?

Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion. Please advise me whether I should go with the direct company HR or if I should go with an HR consultancy. I don't understand what I should do because I am facing lots of trouble during interviews. However, I have no issues with joining as a new employee. I want to learn everything from the root level.
