Hi,
My husband recently joined a job outside India. Before leaving, he submitted his PF form from his second last company to the PF Office. However, the form got rejected and now requires Form 15G, which also needs his signature. Currently, it is not possible for him to return to India to sign the document. Is there an option to withdraw his PF amount without submitting Form 15G, or will the PF office accept my signature?
Please suggest.

In this situation, it's crucial to contact the PF Office directly to inquire about the possibility of withdrawing the PF amount without submitting Form 15G in the absence of your husband's signature. Explain the circumstances clearly and ask if there are alternative procedures or documents that can be provided to facilitate the withdrawal process. Additionally, inquire if the PF office would accept your signature on behalf of your husband in this scenario. It's essential to follow the PF Office's guidance closely to ensure a smooth and compliant withdrawal process.
