Hello, this email is regarding salary and P.F. If deducted, then until now, I have not received it. I am providing all the details below. If after reading this email, you are unable to resolve it, kindly provide me Mr. Thakkar's email id.

Employment Details

I joined Ashok Leyland Vadodara on June 20, 2013. I have the offer letter as well. Initially, Renison informed me that our salary cycle is from the 26th to the 25th of every month. So, when on the 26th I asked Renison about the salary for the 5 days, he mentioned that I would receive the total amount in the following month. Okay. He then provided me with a punch card. I consistently punched in and out on time.

Later, I faced some personal issues related to the job and other matters which I prefer not to disclose. Around July 10, I messaged Renison. The exact date is unknown to me. However, there should be a record in your system as I punched in until the last day. I had also informed Mr. Mayur and Mr. Renison about this. Yet, up to now, I have not received any payment from your side.

Request for Action

Currently, I am in a corporate role and am familiar with the entire procedure for P.F. and other aspects of organizations. I am requesting my salary and P.F. if deducted. Kindly take necessary action promptly. Or provide me with Mr. Ashok Vadadliya's email id.

You have worked for fifteen days only. PF may not have been deducted. Please write your case clearly and specifically ask members what you want to know. The whole thing is confusing. Who is Renison, who is Mayur's position in the company? What are the exit terms of your company? It is surprising that you do not know your last date of work? Write clearly to get clear answers.

Saswata,

The querist has posted a copy of his email. He expects an answer. He does not know when he left the job. He has not mentioned what position he was working in. Incomplete and casual information. Help or useful answers for such queries are very difficult.

Please go through my email thoroughly. In short, the scenario is such that I am not asking for 20 days. You must review all conversations, or else I can forward you all emails and proofs. In fact, they agreed to pay me the amount I had spent for the company for fieldwork and lump sum costs for 20 days, including fuel expenses and more. Then, they refused to pay. Okay, that's it. I had joined there for field marketing work. By the way, Mayur was the sales manager, and Renison is the HR of Vadodara. For more information, please reply to [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons].
