I worked at X company as a field executive. Due to no leads, I had no work and hence gave up the job as per the manager's requirement. However, I received two cheques for a single salary with a post-date difference of one month. The first cheque was deposited into my account successfully, but the second cheque bounced due to insufficient funds.

What should I do now in terms of legal actions?

Hi You update to the concerned person as cheque is returned. Ask them to deposit the funds or any alternate arrangements to clear the dues. Surely the issue will be sorted out smoothly
