Hi all,

I have recently claimed ESI for a heart surgery. I underwent the surgery in the month of April. At the time of the surgery, I was eligible for ESI. However, I have now received a salary appraisal, and the gross is more than 15000. Can I still claim the surgery medical expenses under ESI?

Thanks,
Kavya
