Hello, I am sonam kabra hr manager in a company. I received a leave application dated 02/02/15 to 14/02/15. Please suges me sunday is consider in holiday or leave.

Sir one thing if i received application 10/02/15 to 14/02/15. and there after empolyee comes on 19/02/2015. then sunday is consider leave or not.

actually sir my query is Leave application is over on 14/02/15 and employee comes on Monday 16/02/15,so 15/02/15 is Sunday. please sugges me Sunday consider in leave or not.

you need not consider sunday. in case of sunday comes in between you need to account but when it prefix or suffix you need not consider.
