a) Relocation
b) Family Illness
c) More Pay
d) End of Assignment
e) Retirement
f) Further Education
g) Others
2. What attracted you to this new job?
3. Major achievements at our company.
4. Is there anything that could have been done differently that may have affected your decision to leave?
5. Would you like to rejoin the organization in the future? Are there any prerequisites?
6. How did you find the morale in your team and the company?
7. What are the major areas that need improvement in the organization?
8. Did you experience growth in terms of level and responsibilities with adequate inputs/training?
9. Would you like to recommend friends to us?
10. Suggest areas of improvement - organization, team, etc.
Advantages of your new job with respect to VISISTA:
a) Superior Designation With the same package.
b) Superior Designation With Compensation Hike.
c) Same Designation With Compensation Hike.
