Dear members,
We're in the process of creating a comprehensive policy document for our Chartered Accountancy firm. I wish someone could provide insights on specific laws related to the leave policy that are applicable to a CA firm.
I also learned that, according to certain laws, an employee cannot work continuously for more than 10 days. In such instances, he/she must take a compensatory day off immediately after the 10th day. How relevant could this be to my firm?

There is no specific law related to CA firms as such. CA firms are covered under the Shops and Establishment Act of the respective state. Please refer to the S&E Act of your state.
For leave policies, there are innumerable policy drafts available on this site. Kindly refer to the same and amend according to your needs.
