Dear Seniors, I want to ask you a very basic question: should I recruit a candidate who is 14 years of age and has completed their studies?
Dear Sir, Gopinath, Thank you for clarifying that for me. I now understand the age criteria for candidates to be recruited. Also, thank you for sharing the website and the file.
Kind Regards, Renu

You cannot engage an employee below the age of 14 years. It is better to employ a person above 18 years or who has completed 18 years to avoid complications. This age is more suitable for the industry.
Child Labor Restrictions
No child below the age of 14 years shall be employed to work in any factory, mine, or engage in any other hazardous employment (Article 24). The State shall provide free and compulsory education to all children aged six to 14 years.
To make the law on child labor more stringent, the state government has issued a notification extending the age bar on child labor from 14 years to 18 years. Now, employing anyone below 18 years will be considered child labor.
Following Delhi, Rajasthan is the second state to set the age limit at 18 years, as mentioned by a member of the Rajasthan State Commission for Protection of Child Rights.
A fine of Rs 20,000 will be imposed on the employer of such children. The state government will also contribute Rs 5,000 for each child to the Child Labor Welfare Fund, which will be used for their rehabilitation.
I have provided the website address of the Indian Child Labor Act for your information. Also, please find attached the Child Labor Act.
