My CA says that ROC has rejected the proposal for the name, and I should either change the name or pay some royalty to another company having the same name.
However, when I search on the MCA website for the company name, it says no data available. This means that the name I want to keep for the company is already not chosen by someone else.
My wish to keep the name is "infiniteshivtechnologies pvt ltd" on the MCA website. No one has chosen the same or any identical name.
What should I do? I don't know whether the CA is cheating or something else.

When you apply for a name for your proposed company, you provide three names in order of preference. If the first one is already allocated to someone else, priority is given to the second name and then to the third choice.
Upon seeing your first preference, it appears to be a unique name. What happened to your other two preferences?
