Dear All,
Please assist.
I have obtained some information's about Bell Curve from our forum, but not sure how the same is implemented in excel. I do not have any prior experience on working with Bell Curve and did not get opportunity to implement Bell Curve in my organization.
1) What would be the next step after identifying all the employees rating?
2) How do we prepare Bell Curve using the data and implement the same
3) What formula do we need to apply for implementing the data.
It would be more helpful if you can share a sample document to get a clear picture.
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
Thanks for the update. The details in the material are good and gained some knowledge.
I am a HR professional with 5+ yrs of experience working in a Software Development Company. We have headcount of more than 1000.
Presently in a discussion I came to know from my senior team that they are planning to implement bell curve for the upcoming appraisal hence excited to know about this appraisal process.
Also I recognize that it is essential for a HR personal to aware all these information’s.
Thanks & Regards
