Thank you very much for your prompt and valuable response. Among the listed documents provided, are any of them available in printed format? Since we may need to purchase them, please advise accordingly.

Hi Rachana, you can send an email to my ID so that I can share a few templates. Additionally, if you want to purchase any forms, you can visit Industrial & Commercial Prints in Gandhi Nagar near Majestic, where you will find all the necessary forms and booklets.

Regarding the group health insurance policy, I have limited knowledge about it. It would be better for you to seek advice from other experts.

Thank you.

First, you need to compile a list of employees who are not covered under ESIC. Medical health insurance is applicable only for employees who are not covered under ESIC. Subsequently, reach out to any general insurance company for further details. Please note that your medical health policy should offer benefits equal to or greater than those provided by ESIC.

Thank you for your valuable inputs. I kindly request you to share a draft of the Group Health Insurance Policy. As per your suggestion, I have approached several insurance companies for competitive quotes.

Once you collect the quotes from various insurance companies, it is advisable to tailor-make a policy according to the preferences of the staff members, specifically considering their average age. The minimum cover should be around Rs. 150,000. However, you can allow the cover amount to be decided by the members. It is better to opt for a nationalized service provider with a good number of empaneled hospitals.
