Dear all,
Greetings to everyone. I am Yoga, working as an Officer - HR in a software company in Chennai. I accidentally came across this wonderful forum, and I hope I'll have a nice time with all CiteHR members.
Let me introduce myself. I hold a B.E. in Computer Science and an MBA in HR, completing my PG in 2005. My company is a growing software development firm with nearly 100 employees. I am at the starting point of my career and am delighted to be part of the CiteHR community.
Looking forward to engaging with all of you.
Best regards,

Hi friend,
I too have joined this forum recently, but I knew about this...
Friend, I would like to ask you a question: why have you chosen HR as a career? How will it benefit you, and how do you think you can grow with this? What makes you choose this career?
Waiting for your response.

Hi everybody,
Thank you for your warm welcome. I would like to first explain Sharawani. The main reason is I hate to work as a computer engineer, always tied up with bugs and coding. I wanted to make my career a lively one, dealing with people. But once I joined the HR department, I really understood that there lies a vast difference between what I thought HR was and what happens in the job market.
Hi Rajesh,
As of now, I don't have any format for appraisals. I'll try to help.
Thanks a lot,
