I worked as a software developer in a startup company for 3.6 years. I have relieving documents with payslips. They also opened a bank account for salary, but they didn't maintain it. I only have a partial statement. Now, I am working in another company for the past eight months and have bank transactions there. I tried for an MNC company now.
They finished the interview and are holding me for the non-availability of a proper bank statement from my first job. What can I do now? Will the bank statement create a big issue for me in the future? Please help.

Candidate Verification Process for Experience and Salary
A bank account statement is a part of the candidate verification process for experience and salary. You should either provide salary slips for the last six months of the 3.6 years or vouchers. Please request a salary certificate and submit it along with the salary slips. By doing so, there should not be any issues in the recruitment process.
