Hi all, I have started a placement consultancy with not much difficulty. However, the market is not encouraging, and I do not have many connections with companies to place every candidate that comes to my office. I do not want to charge candidates for a job but instead want to get paid by the company itself. Therefore, I am considering going for a franchise option with an already established/reputed HR placement consultancy.
People are asking for huge amounts as a franchise fee, which I will not be able to pay. I am very confused. Can anybody please help me find:
- A genuine consultancy
- A consultancy that does not charge or expect large amounts as a franchisee/licensee fee and truly supports me in doing business
