Respected Sirs/Madam, I have completed my MBA in HR from ICFAI University, Tripura through distance education mode. I currently live in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. I would like to know about future career options in this field and whether I would get a good job with a decent salary. Any replies would be really helpful to me.

What does "decent salary" mean? What have you learned from your previous organization? That is a big asset that will carry on into your future. Moving forward without understanding the concept is useless. In my perception, learning and earning go hand in hand. Whether it's ICFAI or IIM, an MBA is an honorable course that will provide many opportunities. So, you have to create your future. If you love your work, distance education and all are not a problem.
