I have transferred my old company's PF amount to the new company's PF account. However, when I checked the PF claim status, it shows as "claim settled," but I haven't received the claim in my new PF account. I have also downloaded my e-passbook. I have tried calling the Chennai PF office numerous times, but no one is answering the call. Additionally, I have sent several emails, but there has been no reply. When I inquired with my HR, they advised me to obtain Annexure K for the transfer details.

Please guide me on this.

Steps to Resolve PF Transfer Issues

To file an RTI with both PF offices, request an acknowledgment from the old employer's PF office. Once the acknowledgment is received, ask the present employer's RPFC to confirm that the amount mentioned in the acknowledgment has been transferred and credited. If not, inquire about the expected timeline for the crediting of the amount.
