Hi sir, I am working in HR in a private company. One employee claimed the PF amount in 2016. Then the same employee rejoined the company. The PF contribution was deducted and paid to the old UAN number in 2017. Now the employee's claim request has been rejected. The PF office has informed the company to send a request letter as the claim has already been settled but the contribution was received after the settlement. Hello, I am not able to withdraw/transfer money from my previous PF account as per PF department account already settled. I joined Quess Corp on 27th Jan 2020, and my leaving date was 9th Oct 2021. During the working period, I did advance claims successfully a few times. Once when I was applying for an advance claim, it got applied for Form 19 and Form 10. Why did this happen? Because on the PF portal, the wrong exit date got updated. I escalated this to the employer. After that, I filled a joint declaration form. After a few days, the exit date got changed, and contributions started happening in the same account.
Post leaving the company, I joined a new company and submitted a transfer claim form, but it got rejected. The same thing happened 3-4 times. I registered grievances several times, but every time the PF department said contributions were made to a settled account, contact your employer and rectify this. I contacted the employer, but they are doing nothing, saying this was my mistake, and nothing can be done from their end. Please help.
