The IT industry falls under the Shops & Commercial Establishment Act. Therefore, you should comply with all the statutory requirements as per the Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, such as the Gratuity Act, Leave with Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Equal Remuneration Act, and others.

Apart from that, you should also consider ESI & PF where applicable and Professional Tax.
