Respected Seniors, will I be eligible to withdraw and get 100% of the PF amount accumulated in my PF account after putting in almost three years of service in a facility management company in Pune? Please advise me on the proper procedure as well. Thanks in advance. Please guide me on this issue.

Regards,
Singh.

Dear Singh, If you relieved from the service, you are eligible to withdraw 100% accumulation in PF. Abbas.P.S

Thank you very much for replying to my query. Could you please provide a definition of a 100% share? Additionally, I would like to know the breakdown of the accumulated P.F. amount and how the P.F. authorities calculate the interest on the accumulated funds.

I appreciate the time you have taken to address my questions.

Regards,
Singh Shyam

The employee's share of 12% will be credited to the PF account. Out of the employer's share of 12%, 8.33% up to a ceiling of Rs. 541 will be paid to the pension fund, and the balance will also be credited to the PF account. Interest will be accrued on an annual basis.

Apart from the PF, withdrawal benefits from the Pension fund are also possible. Apply using Form-10C. If you wish to add the service with future services, you may apply for a scheme certificate. Form-10C is also used for the same.
