One way to connect with potential candidates is to reach out to colleges that offer BMS, BMM, or BA courses. If your budget allows, consider exploring MBA courses as well.
In my experience, in Bangalore, few individuals would be interested in a marketing job offering ₹15000. They might prefer a BPO job (with air conditioning) that pays 15-20k, even without experience.
