However, my aim is to be in a complete sales profile, focusing on hardcore distribution management, which is a very challenging position. I will complete my question. I have been trying for a job change for more than 9 months. Finally, I decided to pursue an MBA in Sales & Marketing so that I will have better chances of attaining my dream job. Every company is looking for full-time management graduates for sales profiles, which I don't have. If I continue in the same profile in the same company, I can't get into a sales profile; I am already 24.
Options for Career Advancement
I had two options:
1. Go for an MBA, which I can do anyway.
2. Get into a sales trainee position in any company to gain experience.
However, doing an MBA takes time. So, I thought of taking some time to try for a sales trainee position. In the meantime, I will prepare for MBA entrance exams because I hardly get time to prepare if I am in the company. If I get any sales profile job in the meantime, I can pursue it after joining.
