- Form 2 (conferment of Permanent status to workmen)
- Form 2 (Details of the employee who is under suspension)
- Form 21
- Annual Returns
- Form 22 (Combined annual return)
- Form 11 (Notice of periods of work for Adult workers and children)
- Form 8 (Pressure vessels examination)
By Jul. 31, don't forget the half-yearly returns:
- Form 2 (conferment of Permanent status to workmen)
- Form 2 (Details of the employee who is under suspension)
- Form 21
Oct. 31 marks the deadline for Factory License renewal.
By Dec. 31, complete the following for Annual Returns:
- Form I (Festival holidays Proposal form)
- Form V (National & Festival holidays declaration)

Please go through the State Factories Rules and then find out the formats of different returns. Mainly, the following returns are submitted to the Chief Inspector of Factories:
- Form-21 Annual return - General
- Form-31 Annual Return - Accidents
- Form-22 Half-yearly return
These returns relate to Haryana. So, I advise you to refer to your State Rules.

We are required to go through the applicable Factory Rules to find the Form No. for sending the Half-Yearly Return under the Factories Act, 1948. In Haryana, we submit the half-yearly return in Form 22 (ending on 30th June only) under The Punjab Factory Rules, 1952. Therefore, please review your applicable Factory Rules to determine the Form number.
