- Form 8 (Pressure vessels examination)
By Jul. 31, don't forget the half-yearly returns:

Oct. 31 marks the deadline for Factory License renewal.

Please go through the State Factories Rules and then find out the formats of different returns. Mainly, the following returns are submitted to the Chief Inspector of Factories:
- Form-21 Annual return - General
- Form-31 Annual Return - Accidents
- Form-22 Half-yearly return
These returns relate to Haryana. So, I advise you to refer to your State Rules.

We are required to go through the applicable Factory Rules to find the Form No. for sending the Half-Yearly Return under the Factories Act, 1948. In Haryana, we submit the half-yearly return in Form 22 (ending on 30th June only) under The Punjab Factory Rules, 1952. Therefore, please review your applicable Factory Rules to determine the Form number.
