Dear Seniors, I am working in the beverages industry and I am willing to know whether a canteen facility is required or not. My query is, we have a total of 250+ employees, including the marketing team of around 100+. They do not come to the factory even yearly once. According to the Factories Act, do we need to comply or not? Please clarify.
