Is an Employee Eligible for Gratuity After 4 Years and 8 Months of Service?


Dear sir/Madam In Our Company One Employee Had completed Services in 4 years 8 Months 6 Days but he is legible for gratuity pls reply me if yes/No give the Explanation also. Thank Regards Neelam
