I want a format of salary slip.I used to get flat 18000 salary in hand with no deductions at all.How to prepare the format for this kind of salary?

How can it be possible that there is no deduction? Even if your company does not come under the PF & ESI applicability, the TDS and Professional Tax have to be deducted. Please clarify.
You can split your earnings into Basic, HRA, Conveyance, Medical Reimbursement, Special Allowance, etc.

Hi, I agree with Saji. There has to be deductions i.e. Professional Tax, ESIC etc.. may be you have not opted for PF even.

Instead of a salary slip, you could receive a Salary Certificate that depicts your employment details and your consolidated monthly salary on it. Please make sure you receive it on a letterhead and that it is signed by a higher official in the HR department. If you have any questions, please let me know.
