I encountered some issues while following the procedure advised by you regarding the selection of the employee of the month. When there are multiple nominations within the organization, for example, one from the HR department and another from the MIS Department with the same rating, how would you decide on the employee of the month? Additionally, how can you ensure that the evaluation is unbiased and accurately measured?

Thank you.

Good afternoon Mr. Habib! Many thanks for your comment on my posting. Please take a look at the following column in the Nomination Form:

FOR THE USE OF THE HR DEPARTMENT ONLY

Received on (date)
Nominee's Performance Appraisal Scores
Any adverse observations against the employee being nominated

The above-mentioned column has been created just for such ambiguities, as this provides what is required from the HR department. The scores given will determine who is a better option. Hope that answers your query.

Kind regards,
Sandeep Sharma
