I created ESI temporary ID cards for my employees and gave the same to them. The employees should submit the temporary ID card to the concerned ESI office to obtain the smart card. However, due to certain circumstances, the validity period of some employees' temporary ID cards expired, and they were rejected by the ESI. What should I do in order to help them get the smart card? Please provide your input as it will benefit my employees.
