Thank you for the reply, Vaishalee. My main problem is that I am unable to speak in front of a group of people, and I also lack confidence. How can I improve both? Please help me with these issues.

I would suggest you initially try to watch as many English news channels as you can. This is because the news is very familiar to you, and you can observe the person on the TV screen to check their pronunciation and grammar.
Secondly, take an English newspaper and read the news loudly. It should definitely boost your confidence in English speaking. When you start listening to your own voice by reading loudly, you will be able to understand your own flaws.
The above suggestion helps avoid the potential embarrassment of speaking in English publicly. Best of luck!

I agree with Mr. Santosh Iyer's statement. Additionally, try practicing speaking English first within your familiar circle, such as with your friends and relatives. Even if you make mistakes, they will not laugh at you, and you will always have the opportunity to enhance your speaking skills. Over time, you will build confidence in speaking English at the office. Don't hold yourself back. Every day, expand your vocabulary by learning new words.
Hope this advice helps, and best of luck!
