The main consideration for selecting a project work is: You should be immensely interested in the topic you choose. I would like to suggest a few projects out of which you may consider choosing one of these or some other topic:
1. Discipline in Industry.
2. How to Contain Attrition in the Industry.
3. Communication Between Management and Unions.
4. Performance Appraisal System and Its Improvements.
5. Industrial Relations.
6. Implementation of SAP.
7. Corporate Social Responsibility and Its Impact.
8. Job Rotation.
9. Computerisation of Personnel Records.
10. Impact of Training on Employees' Performance.
11. Impact of HR Policies on Employees' Satisfaction.
