Understanding Contract Labor Laws
To be well-versed in contract laborers' related law and management, please read the books on the Contract Labor Regulations and Abolition Act. I do not think a training program to this effect would suffice.

Well, these kinds of training programs and workshops are really very informative and are usually organized from time to time in metro cities. It would be even better if they were organized in other smaller or tier II developing cities so that more people can benefit from these programs.
