I want to know under which act my company falls, i.e., the Factory Act or the Shops and Establishment Act, etc.

From your question, i presume u r a trading firm, hence would come under the Shops Act.

Yours is not a manufacturing company, nor any hospital, hotel, educational institution, railway, etc. So, the presumption of it being a trading/marketing firm appears to be correct.
