If a "lot" of employees with "fake" experience find a place in an MNC, then it could be recruitment malpractice. But do you have firm evidence of malpractice in recruitment? If this is true, then it must have happened with the connivance of HR. I doubt whether writing to HR will work in any way. However, make sure that you are not playing with anyone's career.

It may or may not be a scam. Those who get employment by deceit do injustice to those who stand for values and do not adopt deceitful means to get employment. You have not written directly, but your post implies one should be a mute spectator to anyone's wrongdoing. However, this very tendency has put our country in a dire mess!

It is for the company concerned to do the relevant checks and assure themselves that all their employees have gone through the correct recruitment procedures.
