I am involved with schools and providing training. If, like others have mentioned earlier, you give me specifics of what exactly you are looking for, I can suggest sites or books that I have found useful, so you don't have to go through all that is out there. The reason for the specificity is largely because communication skills can be a very large and wide topic. Assume this is for a group that is English-speaking.
