ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, P.T., Labour License, Trade License, and welfare of the employees come as per the company, i.e., if it is a manufacturing company, as per the Factories Act. If it is registered under Shops and Establishment, you need to follow those rules and regulations.
