Hi, I worked with Sparsh BPO from April 2007 to February 2009. I submitted my PF form in September 2009, but until now, I have not received my PF amount. Is it possible that the company did not submit my PF form to the PF office? What should I do? Please guide.
Thanks

First, try to communicate with your previous employer and ask them the reason for the delay. If you are not getting any satisfactory answer, then go through the below links. I hope they may help you find your way.

At the outset, I am to inform you that it is the responsibility of the employer to ensure that the PF application form is forwarded to the respective PF office where the account is serviced with proper attestation as soon as the form is received from the former employee. If you have any doubts about the above process, please check with your employer. After confirming that the duly attested PF form was sent to the concerned PF office, you have to wait for a month to receive the details as it is the duty of the PF Commissioner to settle the account within a month of its receipt. You can now visit the EPFindia website for claim status and check the fate of your claim form. Best of luck.

I am in agreement with Mr. Muthukrishnan. Moreover, for your kind information, any claim submitted for withdrawal shall be settled within 30 days; otherwise, it is understood that the claim has been declined or rejected for whatsoever reason.
Please resubmit your P.F. withdrawal form duly attested by the concerned employer and inquire about the status of the P.F. amount deposited as well. I hope you will receive your P.F. accumulation.
If you do not receive your accumulation, there are other provisions to obtain P.F. accumulation under the P.F. Act. Please proceed as per the provisions under the act.
Please keep in touch for any guidance.

First of all, you have to fill out the PF Form by downloading it from the PF Site. After that, you have to complete Form 19 & 10-C, mentioning your date of birth, date of joining, date of leaving, etc. Also, you have to submit your proof of identity, such as a PAN Card, a copy of your Ration Card, and a photocopy of your Bank Passbook where NIFT/RTGS codes are imprinted by default. Additionally, you are required to mention why you have applied after such a delay. It is always better to transfer the PF accumulations from the previous employer by asking your present employer.
Best wishes,
Raj.
