Firstly, if the business is a partnership firm, you will need a Partnership Agreement. For trading businesses, VAT registration is necessary, and for service-based businesses, Service Tax Registration is required. A current account is essential for managing financial transactions. If the business premises are rented, a Rental Agreement is needed.
For non-factory setups, Shops & Establishment registration is necessary, while factory setups require Factory Licenses. Additionally, a PAN card is mandatory for filing Income Tax returns.
