Hi Everyone, I have completed an MSc in Computer Science and have worked in the BPO sector for almost 5-6 years. Currently, I am a Team Lead in a BPO. First, list out the skills and knowledge you have acquired in your back-office operations and how you can leverage those skills in combination with your computer skills/knowledge for a job in a software company. Suppose your BPO deals with banking products. How can your knowledge and skills in dealing with banking products, combined with your computer knowledge, be helpful in developing software related to banking operations? You can target IT companies that design and prepare banking software in the first instance.
