Hi all, I am an MBA (HR) with 6.5 years of experience in an MNC in recruitment. I have a B.Tech degree as my graduation. I am considering enrolling in an SAP course in HR. Since SAP courses tend to be quite expensive, I would like to know if it would be a good idea. Could anyone suggest SAP authorized partners in Bangalore where I could pursue these courses?

SAP HR is well-paying and promising. You have selected a techno-functional area to grow; opportunities are immense. However, please speak to the hiring team at the firms hiring SAP freshers to know the real value of the certification.

Certification Process

The certification roughly requires you to attend a 40-day course and thereafter take the assessment. The assessment scores will determine if you are eligible to be certified or not.

There are campus placements; however, reality may differ from the data that would be shared with you during the registration. There are many certified professionals who can share more views on this.

We are certain you will find the accurate information to decide. Wish you all the best!

Thank you all for providing information. I would like to request more information regarding the SAP HR course offered by an institute in Bangalore that has strong placement assistance. Also, I am concerned about the job prospects as a fresher in SAP HR, especially since I will need to take out an education loan.

Thanks all for providing information. I would request if I can get some more information related to the SAP HR course through an institute in Bangalore which has a strong placement. Will it be a challenge to get a job as an SAP HR fresher as I will be going for an education loan?

Information on SAP HR Course

Recently, I have gathered a lot of information regarding SAP HR. Please don't go for certification; go for a company using the SAP environment. Every Tom, Dick, and Harry looks for an SAP HR candidate with at least 2 years of experience and 1 full cycle implementation. You can check with IBM/TCS/Accenture/Genpact.

Demand for SAP ABAP

Moreover, SAP ABAP has more demand. TCS looks more for SAP ABAP, IBM looks for SAP ABAP. These are no secret information, just check SAP HR requirements on Naukri/Monster.

SAP Fresher Market Challenges

The SAP fresher market is very bad, and no one can guarantee you any job after a 20-day class costing 4 lakhs. I will not name the institutes, but they are the authorized SAP partners. I went there personally and spoke to them.

I don't have any idea regarding the unauthorized training centers that charge 30k-70k.
