Dear Admin, Greetings of the Day, [Cite.Co Corporate Community Knowledge-Base Certificate](https://www.citehr.com/certificate.php?v=1568221) Please check this link. I want to show my name here instead of my email ID. Please check if you can do anything in this matter. Thanking you in advance Regards

The certificate is in the name that you used to register on this site and the one that appears at the top of your post. This is a good reason to use your own name rather than an assumed name or email ID.

Warm regards.

Hi Mahavir, Please send PM (private message) to CHR (aka Sid) requesting the name which you want to see in the certificate.

Perhaps you did not understand what I meant. My mistake lies in not being able to convey to you what exactly I meant. I will try once again in a very simple manner, as below:

Understanding System Limitations

See, the website, the computers, or the software programs are not very intelligent entities. They do not understand or know what a person's real name is. They accept whatever the person puts in or chooses as their login ID. Therefore, suppose someone's real name is Abhishek Bhaduri, and when that person becomes a member of CiteHR.com and specifies their login name as Abhishek786, then the system will accept their name as Abhishek786, irrespective of the fact that their real name is Abhishek Bhaduri, which is also recorded in their Birth Certificate or Matriculation certificate.

So, when they require the certificate, the system will reckon their name as Abhishek786 and issue the certificate automatically in this name. Now, if that person would have registered (that is, used login name) as [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons], then the certificate will be issued in that name. Alternatively, if that person would register with the login name Abhishek Bhaduri, then the certificate will be issued in that name.

Hope I have made myself clear and conveyed what I meant.

Yes, if that makes you feel happy, you have proved me WRONG; I have nothing to say about whatever your real name is and how it appears on your passport. Further, I do not wish to write more on this aspect as it does not interest me, and I have no right to comment on what names people should keep or have in their passports.

Dear Raj Kumar Hansdah, I agree with your views, but I registered my name in the system as Mahavir Singh. Therefore, I am requesting the same from all the administrators. The decision ultimately rests on you and the response you provide to me.

Thank you.

Well, in any case, I am forwarding this matter ahead. I hope something can be done so that the certificate is issued based on one's name given while registering, instead of the login name. Alternatively, if it can be issued with both names; for example, in the next paragraph, it can be stated that "Abhishek Bhaduri is registered in CiteHR.com with the login name Abhishek786."

Hi Mahavir, the certificate currently only uses your forum username, but we will add a feature so that members can edit the username and change it if it's available. This process will take some time as we have other issues that need sorting out first. I will check to see if I can manually change your username to the one you require.

I was able to change your username to Mahavir.Singh - you can still use your email or this new username to login (notice the first letter caps). Regards, Sid

Dear CHR Greetings of the Day, I am facing the still same problem , you can check the certificate name that is showing my email id instead of mu Name or Username.
