Whether it is the right choice is for you to decide. The only thing that I know is institutions other than universities cannot award their own MBAs. They can only award a diploma, which may be considered equivalent to an MBA. For example, please see what is the difference between PGDM & MBA? - SiliconIndia.

Please ascertain the required information from the University Grants Commission/All India Council for Technical Education regarding the recognition of the course as equivalent to a regular MBA for all purposes, including employment and further education.

Thank you.

Before joining any educational program, ensure that the program is affiliated with UGC and AICTE, and check the placement record of the last three years. This way, you won't regret your decision. Hope this helps.

Today, everything is a business. Those who are in business find another commodity to do business in, such as EDUCATION (also health). We are in a vicious circle. Businessmen invest for their return. You also need to think about what you will be getting as a return from the institute. If this course from this college is approved by AICTE or UGC, it would be a better return for you.

Today, many institutes have mushroomed across, offering numerous courses. Many of the colleges and courses do not have any approval. Many colleges are running their businesses, highlighting a few approved courses in advertisements and offering many other unrecognized/unheard-of courses.

Approval for MBA Degrees

Only universities (which have approval from UGC or the Indian Parliament) can offer an MBA degree; private institutes will be offering PGDs. You may go through the websites of this institute, find out their details, and search whether this course is an autonomous one from their institute or approved by AICTE.

Before doing anything, try to study about it for better results.
