Hi Sudhir, your attempt is laudable. However, you mention that time management is important, yet it seems you have not adhered to it here. There are certain slides that are incomplete and too lengthy. It appears you want to share everything you know at once! A trainer should be guided by what the participants require rather than what the trainer knows.
If I want to catch a fish, and I put chocolates (which I like) on the hook and put it underwater, no fish will come. I must use what the fish likes—earthworms—then only will the fish come to eat it and get entangled. Participants are very important for a trainer, and you must know the time available for your presentation, segregating important and essential from unimportant and non-essential things. Only the former should be given to them. A lot of homework needs to be done before attempting a PowerPoint presentation.
I hope you will take all these suggestions in a positive frame of mind. These suggestions are for your consumption and improvement.

Hi, That was the precise idea behind sharing. If the PPT or any part of it is used by someone to add value to their organization, it is the success of CiteHR. I shall be the happiest person.

I am a Trainer in 7 Habits (actually 8 Habits now). What you have presented is very good indeed. Some inputs: you need to blend with the audience (levels differ, therefore the approach should also be different). You could probably use this as a base—change as and when needed. Examples given should be audience-specific. Throw in both personal and professional examples to be able to correlate, as 8 Habits are actually about the individual who has many roles, with one being the "worker."
Wish you all the best.

Hi, Thanks for the suggestions. While uploading the ppt, some slides were deleted. These slides contain some hints for me to remember which example is to be given. You are correct; some slides are changed depending upon the audience. Request to share the ppt you use.
