Dear Pournimag
You are here talking about monthly CTC, where generally PF is shown employer contribution as part of CTC. If you remove Employer PF, you will come to figure of your Monthly Gross salary, and from this if you deduct PF employee you will get Net take home
Check you payslip with all allowances.

Yes, this can be happened because of many issues as have been suggested in the above post.
The amount of CTC and Carry home amount can differ. If you want correctness of it you have to furnish the details as suggested by Mr. Ved Prakash.

Hello, Generally company calculate CTC adding co\'s contribution to PF also. So in calculating your take home you have to deduct your contribution and co\'s contribution from CTC. Regards kpn

You must be getting a pay slip/salary slip i suppose. All the deductions, additions, gross, net salary is mentioned in the pay slip. If you are not getting the pay slip, you can go to HR and ask for the break up of your salary.

It can be assumed that the calculation will be as under
Basic : 7000
Gross : 12621
EMPLOYEE PF Contribution : 840
EMPLOYEE ESI Contribution : 221
EMPLOYERS ESI Contribution : 599
EMPLOYERS PF Contribution : 780
PROFESSIONAL TAX : 140
If your professional tax is 20 only then your basic will be 8000 and your PF contribution will be 960 instead of 840
Kindly give the breakup of the deduction to give you a clear picture
