Hello Suneeta, What, I think, Suriyanarayanan was referring to was Unions & Associations w.r.t. EMPLOYEES only — NOT trade Unions vs Association for trades/companies. Rgds, TS

There is no deference between Union and association if both are registered under Trade Union Act 1926. Varghese Mathew
