Hi All, Could anyone please tell me whether as an organisation can we provide a bonafide certificate to an employee (for whatever purpose - eg. loan) who is yet on probation? Thank you BR, Neha

You can simply issue a letter as follows, even to an employee who is still on probation:

To Whomsoever It May Concern,

This is to certify that Mr./Ms. ______, S/o/D/o ______, has been working with our organization since ______.

This certificate is intended to enable him/her to obtain a loan from the bank.

Dear Apoorva, Thank you for the guidance. I am really new to this site and have found it very interesting. I would appreciate it if you could help me reach more people and add valuable contacts.

Thanks again.

What's the fuss in issuing a certificate? Absolutely, there is no need for checking the criminal records for simply issuing a certificate. We are not acting as a moral police for the organization. Let the lender bank check the credentials of the applicants before granting or refusing a loan.

Thank you.
